Wade Family homes did a fantastic job on my roof and external garage. They were very fast and completed the job in only 1 day. Phil was always there to answer my questions and help me in the process of dealing with my insurance company, highly recommend. Roofing color is Oakridge Teak.

Philip was really great! I called him and had some questions, wanted to show him a few things. He drove all the way to my house that took him more than an hour to drive over!! Wade Family Homes replaced the roof on my home. I had never made a home claim before and he thoroughly explained the process and told what to expect. His crew was fast and professional! We had a persistent leak coming from the chimney that had been "fixed" twice prior and it only took Philip's roofing crew one trip to identify and resolve the issue. I highly recommend Wade Family Homes LLC. We discovered a leak in our roof over the holidays, and at the time Mr. Wade was the only one who responded to check it out. Due to it being caused by storm damage, we were able to get a new roof. He made the process run smoothly. Communication was easy. Mr. Wade was helpful, professional, and prompt. His crew was courteous, efficient, and professional while on site. We now have a beautiful new metal roof and couldn't be happier!

Had roof damage from a storm and called Mr. Wade. He promptly came to my house and looked at the damage. Mr. Wade assisted me with my insurance company which was a huge help. He was available to answer any questions I had at almost any reasonable time of day. His crew was great, very respectful, and worked diligently throughout the day. Final product was amazing. We needed a roof replacement in less than 15 days due to unforeseen homeowners insurance issues. Mr. Wade showed up in less than an hour of our phone call to give us a quote. In the end he and his crew lived up to the promise and the entire process was done in a week... by the way this was with Christmas holidays included! He even offered to work directly with the insurance company to expedite the process if needed. Very stand-up guy and business!

We have used Wade Family Homes several times over the years! The owner, Phillip, has been a stable professional in this area a long time. He has replaced exterior doors for me, fixed and repaired other poor work we had done, but most recently he did an entire roof replacement due to weather damage. He oversaw everything and made sure all the work was expertly completed.

I have nothing but thanks and praise for WFH, for their dedication to excellence, commitment to those customers and service to the community.

My mom and I have never had to deal with anything like Hurricane Michael before or made any insurance claims so we are totally inexperienced and lost. Phillip helped us tremendously in making decisions on our properties and on making home repairs. We were very fortunate to have picked him as our contractor and now we consider him a friend as well.

I highly recommend Wade Family Homes for all home repairs. Phillip put a new metal roof on our home along with replacing interior drywall after Hurricane Michael. His team was on time and worked clean. He stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. He does not price gouge and only asked for $100.00 upfront to bind our contract. You can't go wrong with choosing him for your GC.

Philip converted an ugly unusable space inside my older house into a fantastic home office. The work was finished within budget and on schedule. Hardworking, honest, and dependable, I would definitely hire again for future projects.

We were damaged by hurricane Michael. We were fortunate to find Wade Family Homes to do our repairs. They came right out and placed tarps till the roof was repaired. They are VERY professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
